PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
- By placing an order via this Website, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the Product(s) he or she has ordered on these terms and conditions. Denshi-Jisho.com may or may not accept the Customer's offer at the Denshi-Jisho.com's absolute discretion.
Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, Denshi-Jisho.com will verify the availability of the Product(s) and the Customer’s credit card or other payment details. Denshi-Jisho.com has not accepted the Customer’s offer and is not obliged to supply the Product(s) until Denshi-Jisho.com has shipped the Product(s) and sent an order confirmation to the Customer by email.
- Pricing of Product(s) shall be the price as stipulated on Denshi-Jisho.com at the time when the Customer places an order with Denshi-Jisho.com.
Upon placing an order with Denshi-Jisho.com, the Customer shall provide to Denshi-Jisho.com his or her valid credit card number and other billing information as requested by the Website. Denshi-Jisho.com will usually charge the credit card on shipment of the Product(s). For other payment methods, such as PayPal or bank transfer payment, Denshi-Jisho.com will charge the Customer on confirmation of the order or prior to shipment.
Denshi-Jisho.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of Customer's order and payment secure but Denshi-Jisho.com cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by the Customer.
Shipping & Delivery
- Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The rate of the shipment cost depends on the weight and destination country of the package. The ordered products are dispatched to the address indicated by the buyer within 24 hours after the payment confirmation(except bulk orders and old products). Packages are sent by EMS (delivery within 2-5 days depending on the destination)
If an order shipment is undeliverable (incompleted delivery address, customs restrictions), the Product(s) ordered by the Customer will be returned to Denshi-Jisho.com at the Customer’s expense, as stock available for sale to other customers. The returned Product(s) can be sold to other customers and the Denshi-Jisho.com shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer.
Import Tax/Duty/Clearance Fee
- The item will be shipped to you from our Japan office. The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Denshi-Jisho.com will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Japan. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the Product(s). Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay.
- If the products received are not in conformity with the order or present a manufacturer defect, the customer can return the product to the following address :

No Product(s) shall be returned to Denshi-Jisho.com unless :
- The Customer has completed and filed a Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers) with Denshi-Jisho.com
- Denshi-Jisho.com has notified the Customer by email that the Customer may return the Product(s) to Denshi-Jisho.com
- The item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment
- The Product(s) is returned in a clean and well packaged condition and the Customer returns the Product(s) at his/her own expense which will include any custom duties or taxes.
Once Denshi-Jisho.com has received your returned item(s), we will process your return within 2 business days.
- Our products are covered under our own 12 months seller's warranty against any manufacture defects. If a manufacture defect is found within 12 months after the date of purchase, simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) serviced. We may ask you to return the item to us in Japan and we will have it professionally serviced in a manufacturer appointed service centre. Customers will cover all the postage costs involved.
